Exchanges and Refunds

Refunds that are approved will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. 

Items that do not fit may be exchanged for a different size within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags in place.

To exchange or return items, take them to the school office. You will receive a bag with a return label. Fill out the label with the following information.

• Order # and or full name on order
• Item/size in bag
• Item/size needed
• Students name
• Homeroom
• Campus Location

This information is important so we may expedite your exchange or return promptly.
