Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! Please review our return policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
Items may be returned for a refund only.
- Exchanges are not offered. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Refund processing time may take 10 days after approval.
How to Get a Different Size or Item
- Because we do not offer exchanges:
- Return your original item for a refund. Place a new order for the desired size or item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Take the item to the school office within 30 days of delivery for replacement.
